MORE and more lorries are used for the transport from the field to the storing hall or factory especially for long distances. For loading a trash- and haulm-free crop from field Grimme has developed the first mobile field-loading station that can be moved on the road at 25km/hr.
The FL720 loading station is based on three well proven components, the Receiving Hopper with grader unit, a picking table as well as a telescoping and swivel-type unloading elevator. The innovation is the hydraulically retractable unloading elevator, which can be hidden under the picking and grading unit, allowing for a reduction to a compact dimension for road transport.
