THE addition of a tractor range to the Claas franchise, and the increasing growth of its Claas, JCB, Challenger and Toro business in recent years, has resulted in Oliver’s directors deciding to separate the franchises into two separate companies so that they can expand to their full potential.
Since the beginning of October, Oliver Agriculture Limited has been handling the Claas franchise, with supporting non-competing franchises, while Oliver Landpower Limited has been taking care of the JCB, Challenger and groundcare franchises, again with supporting non-competing franchises.
Both these new companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of AT Oliver and Sons Limited.
