Same Deutz-Fahr: Three new dealers take on Deutz-Fahr

PAKENHAM-based Suffolk Agri-Centre has been appointed a Deutz-Fahr dealer to further strengthen the brand’s presence in the Eastern Counties.
The dealership, which is headed by David Eley, will represent Deutz-Fahr in a territory that includes North Suffolk, South Norfolk and East Cambridgeshire.
“Deutz-Fahr products have developed in recent years to become, in my opinion, as advanced and reliable as any other brand on the market,” Mr Eley told Farmers Guide. “The company also has the range of tractors we need in this part of the world – the 200hp-plus models for the large arable farmers and models with CVT transmission for vegetable growers.”
SDF has also named new dealers in Hampshire and North Yorkshire. Former Agco dealer Rod Gaskin (Farm Equipment) Ltd will represent the brand from its base at Colemore, Alton, while ST Gowan Ltd will perform the same role from Kelleythorpe Industrial Estate, Driffield.
According to SDF UK’s General Manager, Ken Hamilton, the appointment of the new Deutz-Fahr dealers was indicative of the respect the brand’s tractors, combines and telehandlers command in the industry.
“Our market share is growing year-on -year and, with the appointment of established and well-respected dealers such as ST Gowan Ltd, Rod Gaskin (Farm Equipment) Ltd and Suffolk Agri-Centre, I have no doubt it will continue to do so,” he said.
