Forage wagons



    Lely UK Ltd has announced that the distribution of the company's loader wagon range has started in time to catch the 2010 spring season.
    RECO has purchased Strautmann UK Ltd and is now the sole importer of Strautmann machinery into the UK.
    THE Kverneland Group has entered into an agreement with Veenhuis Machines to acquire the loader and transport wagon division of the company. Kverneland Group takes over all rights of the products with immediate effect, with the machines to be distributed by the Vicon and Kverneland Taarup brands.
    THE new knife sharpening unit on Pöttinger Jumbo and Jumbo combiline loader wagons enables the knives to be sharpened automatically at the loader wagon. This system considerably reduces time spent on maintenance while ensuring optimum chopping quality at all times, reduced energy consumption and increased performance.
    KRONE will introduce two new rotor forage wagons at Agritechnica 2009. Badged MX310 and MX350, these new machines offer capacities from 25-53 cubic metres and expand the range of forage wagons to now comprise AX, MX and ZX models.
    OPERATORS can watch the process of loading their Krone forage wagon from the tractor terminal. The company is the first manufacturer to offer an integral electronic weighing system for its dual-purpose forage wagons.
    CLAAS has added a new product segment to its range: the Cargos combi-wagon or dual-use wagon. On the one hand, this type of wagon can be used as fully functional self-loading rotary wagon and, on the other, as a sturdy forage wagon for the grass or maize harvest.
    A FIRM favourite with contractors and larger farming operations, Pöttinger's Torro range for the 2009 season will now include the new entry-level Torro 4500L Special Edition model.
    AUSTRIAN manufacturer Pöttinger has enhanced the performance of its market leading Torro forage wagon.
    AUSTRIAN manufacturer Pöttinger has sold one of its Jumbo 10000 self-loading forage wagon in its home country.
